How to log in to your account with Heidi

  1. Go to our website Heidi.com
  2. In the top righthand corner of the website, there is a button that says ‘My Account’. Click this, followed by ‘Login to Your Account’. You’ll need to use the same email address which you used to make your booking.                                                                                        
  3. You’ll then receive a sign-in link via email! Please check your spam if you haven't received this within a few minutes. This will then take you back to the website where you can start your search!
