How do I log into my Heidi account?

Below you can find a step-by-step guide on how to log into your Heidi account to access any Heidi credit you may have or view your Saved Trips. 

  1. Go to our website Heidi.com
     
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the website, there is a button that says ‘My Account’. Click this, followed by ‘Login to Your Account’. You’ll need to use the same email address which you used to make your booking.
     
  3. You’ll then receive a sign-in link via your email. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received this within a few minutes. This will then take you back to the website where you can start your search! 

                                                                                       

 
 

Once logged into your account, you can view your Saved Trips and any Heidi credit you have to use towards a future booking.
