You are able to find the MyBooking page at mybooking.heidi.com or on the confirmation email you will have received when booking with us!
To login, you will need to things:
- The email address of the lead passenger (or the email address you used when making your booking)
- Your booking reference number (this starts with SKIZ)
Two ways to log in:
- On our website
Located at the top righthand corner of our website, there is a button that says 'my account'. Once you click this, a drop-down menu will appear, followed by a button which says 'My Booking'. Clicking this will direct you to the My Booking portal.
2. Through your email
Found on your confirmation email, there is also a 'View Your Booking' button. Clicking this button will also direct you to the My Booking portal, allowing you to log in with your email address and SKIZ reference number.

You can find your flight times, airline reference number, transfer details, where to pick up your ski passes and loads more useful information here. You can view and download any vouchers you may need for your holiday in MyBooking. You can also make payments and add extras like ski hire and passes to you booking.
