How to login to your MyBooking account

Your MyBooking account is the go-to place if you need any information about your holiday. 

It contains the details to each aspect of your Heidi holiday, from your flight times to where to pick up your ski hire, all the information you need to have a fantastic, stress-free holiday will be on there. 

You can access this page through our website by clicking the 'My Booking' button in the top right-hand corner, or heading to mybooking.heidi.com. 

This will take you to a login page where you will need to enter the email address you made the booking with and your booking reference number which starts with SKIZ. (Please be aware the reference number case sensitive and so the SKIZ part needs to be typed in uppercase).

You can also access your MyBookings page through the emails we send you leading up to your holiday.
