Check-in for Aer Lingus

Check your passport!

If you would like to select seats for an additional fee, you can do this and check in to your flights up to 15 days before departure until 1 hour before departure.  

If you do not want to select seats you can check-in online up to 48 hours before departure until 1 hour before departure.

You are able to access this on the airline's website or app.

On the Website:

1. Go to Aer Lingus Manage My Booking.
2. Select the Check in option.

1. Provide the family name of the lead passenger on your booking and the Aer Lingus e-ticket reference.
   • The Aer Lingus reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.
   • The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account and on your confirmation document.

1. After filling out each passenger's passport details you will have checked in to your flights and Aer Lingus will give you the option to either print out your boarding passes or save them to your device. 

On the app

Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
