You can check in to your Norwegian flight within 48 hours before your flight departs.
You are able to access this on the airline's website or app.
On the Website:
- Go to Norwegian Manage My Booking.
- Click "Check in online"
- Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the Norwegian e-ticket reference.
- The Norwegian reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account.

- The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account under the 'Passenger details' section.
On the app
Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
