Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip. You can check the entry requirements for your destination on the gov.uk website.

You must check in to your flights online between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departs.

You can check in on the airline's website or app. First, you'll need a few things:

1. Your TUI e-ticket reference — an 8-character numeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document.
2. The lead passenger's surname — the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your confirmation document.
3. Your departure date — shown in the flights section of your MyBooking portal.

On the website:

1. Go to TUI online check-in.
2. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking, the TUI e-ticket reference, and your departure date.

On the app:

1. If you're automatically signed in to a personal account, sign out first.
2. Press "Continue as guest"
3. Press "Bookings"
4. Press "Add my booking"
5. Enter your E-ticket reference number
