You must check-in to your flights online between 24 and 1 hour before your flight departs. To do this:
1. Go to TUI online check-in.
2. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the TUI e-ticket reference and your departure date .
3. The TUI reference is a 8-character numeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.
4. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.
