Before checking in, don't forget to ensure your passport is all up to date with the latest requirements and is valid for your trip - you can check the entry requirements for your destination via the gov.uk website!

You must check-in to your flights online between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departs. 

You are able to access this on the airline's website or app. Firstly, you will need to get your e-ticket reference number:

1. The TUI reference is a 8-character numeric code shown in the flights section of your Heidi MyBooking portal, and on your booking confirmation document. 

2. The lead passengers is the first person listed in your Heidi MyBooking portal and on your confirmation document

On the Website:

1. Go to TUI online check-in.

2. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the TUI e-ticket reference and your departure date .

On the app

Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, please make sure you are signed out before trying to access your booking.
