How to make payments

When is my final balance due?

If you chose 'flexible payment' at the time of booking, your final balance is due 12 weeks before your the start of your holiday. Your original payment card will be charged automatically and we will send you an email a couple of days before to give you a heads-up.

If you are paying in installments, your final balance is due 30 days before departure. You will pay equal installments each month leading up to that. Your original payment card will be charged each month on the same date and we will give you a heads-up a few days before. You can pay each installment early or pay off a little extra by logging in to your MyBooking portal.

I'm ready to pay my final balance now. What should I do?

If you want to pay your balance off before it is due or you want to pay off a lump sum early please visit your 'My Booking' portal and select the payments section. 

Before your final balance is due, you can pay as much as you like, whenever you like by pressing 'Create A New Payment'. 

After selecting 'Create A New Payment' you will be asked to enter an amount you would like to pay, a reference (e.g. Heidi Holiday payment 1) and your card details. 

If you would like to pay all of your final balance early you can simply press 'Pay Early' and enter your card details. 

I'm going away with friends and we each want to pay our share of the holiday cost. Can we split up the payment?

How exciting - you're all going away together! We understand that sometimes it's easier for everyone to pay their own share from their card. As long as everyone in the group has access to the 'My Booking' portal they can pay off their share using their own card and use the reference section to put their name so it's easy to keep track of.
